Job Opportunity: Female Computer Operator

Position Overview:
As a computer operator, your primary responsibility will be to create clear and accurate videos of customer orders before they are dispatched for delivery. This involves showcasing the order's consistency and appearance to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining thorough records of data, including delivery dates and sample consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality videos of customer orders prior to delivery, ensuring each order meets our quality standards.
- Record data meticulously, including delivery dates, sample consistency, and appearance.
- Maintain organized records for easy access and reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
-Response to customer queries as customer relationship management (CRM).
Requirements:
- Proficiency with computer operations and video recording/editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Work hours: 9 am to 6 pm
