Should have strong connection with vendors in Murree and Islamabad area.
Project Planning: Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervision: Directly supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Team Management: Leading and managing a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, including scheduling and coordinating their activities.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Quality Control: Monitoring workmanship and materials to ensure that construction meets quality standards and specifications.
Progress Reporting: Providing regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, including updates on timelines, budgetary concerns, and any issues encountered.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any problems or issues that arise during construction, such as delays, conflicts, or technical challenges.
Communication: Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project.
Cost Management: Monitoring project costs and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
Documentation: Keeping detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and any other relevant documentation.
Contract Administration: Administering contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, including negotiating terms, managing payments, and resolving disputes.
